Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the bearing industry . The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in sales within the bearing sector and will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and coordinating with the production team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in assigned regions.

Identify and target potential customers in the bearing industry.

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.





Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to expand business opportunities.

Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 4 years of proven sales experience in the bearing industry.

Strong knowledge of bearings and related products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and drive sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in coordinating between sales and production teams.

Familiarity with industrial sales and B2B marketing strategies.

Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
