- Area Sales Manager

- Lead and manage sales operations for the Gold Division across Odisha.

- Drive sales growth by expanding market reach and strengthening distributor relationships.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

- Manage field sales teams and ensure effective implementation of sales plans.

- Increase product availability and visibility across retail markets.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.

- Appoint and develop distributors, dealers, and retail networks.

- Manage and guide Sales Officers and field sales representatives.

- Increase product availability and brand visibility across retail outlets.

- Execute trade schemes, promotional activities, and market campaigns.

- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance.

- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.

- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from distributors.

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain team.





- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Identify current business opportunities across Odisha.

- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate field sales team members.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in Agarbatti, FMCG, Personal Care, Food, or Consumer Goods preferred.

- Ability to travel extensively across Odisha.
