About the Role

Concord Ecobuild Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in dealer/channel sales, project sales, and business development within the uPVC doors & windows, aluminium fenestration, façade, or building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.

Generate business from architects, builders, contractors, consultants, developers, and project customers.

Identify and convert new business opportunities and construction projects.

Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.

Build strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.

Lead and mentor Sales Executives/Territory Sales Executives.

Coordinate with estimation, production, dispatch, installation, and service teams for timely project execution.





Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Candidate Requirements

5–8 years of sales experience in uPVC Doors & Windows, Aluminium Fenestration, Façade, Glass, Building Materials, Construction Materials, Architectural Products, or related industries.

Proven experience in dealer development, channel sales, project sales, and B2B sales.

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred. MBA in Marketing or Business Administration will be an added advantage.

Strong network with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and developers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Valid driving license preferred.
