We're looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to accelerate our retail and distribution growth.

Minimum

Experience

✅ 5+ years in the Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry. ? Open Locations:

Mumbai – Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh

Gujarat – Gujarat & Rajasthan

Delhi – Delhi & Gurugram (Gurgaon)

Kolkata – West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand & Odisha Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors.
- Expand retail coverage in General Trade (GT) and Up-to-date Trade (MT).
- Drive primary & secondary sales while ensuring healthy inventory.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team.
- Execute trade marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers,



and trade partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collections, credit control, and adherence to company sales policies.
