? We're Hiring: Area Sales Manager (Field Sales) ? Location: Surat, Gujarat (Onsite)

? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Anand Bio-Renewable Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you are passionate about field sales, building customer relationships, and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand sales within the assigned territory.

Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, and distributors.

Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and provide excellent after-sales support.

Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close sales.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in field sales.





Experience in organic fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, or the agricultural input industry will be a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Valid driving license is preferred.
