Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the performance of multiple branches across the Punjab region.(Mohali, Chandigarh & Zirakpur).

- Drive business growth and ensure achievement of regional business targets.

- Coach, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and branch teams.

- Monitor branch productivity, operational efficiency, and customer service standards.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop business through local networking, partnerships, and relationship management.

- Review branch performance,



identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer issues.

- Conduct regular branch visits, audits, performance reviews, and team meetings.

- Coordinate with Corporate Office for business planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in managing teams and achieving business growth.

- 3- 5 years experience in Sales & Team Handling

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and people management skills.

- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.

- Ability to lead organizational growth and build a high-performance culture.
