Role Description The Area Manager role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Mahbubnagar.

The Area

Manager will oversee branch operations and sales activities within the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of business targets and alignment with company policies. Daily responsibilities include managing and guiding local teams, monitoring performance metrics, driving customer acquisition and retention, and implementing sales and service initiatives. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing market trends,



identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

The Area

Manager will also handle key stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated customer issues, and prepare regular reports on area performance.

Qualifications Demonstrated experience in area or branch management, preferably in financial services, banking, or NBFCs.

Robust skills in sales planning, target achievement, and team supervision to drive business growth.

Ability to analyze market data, monitor performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions.

Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with financial products and services.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
