Own customer and demand growth for your area: lead a field team, activate campuses/PGs/offices, build local partnerships, and hit weekly order targets.

Captains are how Nomio scales city by city. You’ll be the founding growth leader for your area, with a direct line to the founding team.

Responsibilities

- Own daily order and acquisition targets for your area
- Lead and coach a small field growth team
- Build local partnerships (colleges, PGs, offices, societies)
- Track funnel metrics and optimise conversion





Requirements

- 1–3 years in field sales, growth, or on-ground operations
- Robust leadership and ownership mindset
- Deep knowledge of Delhi NCR geography
- Two-wheeler with a valid licence
