Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tele-collections for the Consumer Durable (CD) portfolio.
- Lead and monitor the performance of tele-calling executives and collection agencies.
- Ensure monthly collection, roll-back, and recovery targets are achieved.
- Allocate accounts to internal teams and agencies based on bucket strategy.
- Track daily productivity, PTP (Promise to Pay), contactability, and collection efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and agency partners.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, collection policies, and customer service standards.
- Analyze delinquency trends and implement strategies to improve recoveries.
- Coordinate with Operations, Credit, and Business teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
