: Area Business Manager (ABM) – Diabetes Care & Connected Devices

About the Company & Role -

We are launching a pioneering Diabetes Care & Connected Medical Devices division to revolutionize metabolic health management in India. As we introduce India’s first Bluetooth-connected Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system alongside a complete Cardio-Metabolic Devices Ecosystem, we are looking for high-performance sales champions.

As an Area Business Manager (ABM), you will operate as a high-octane Individual Contributor, driving adoption, building solid clinical partnerships, and establishing our advanced tech ecosystem as the gold standard in diabetes care.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Penetration: Drive aggressive sales and adoption of our pioneering Bluetooth-connected CGM systems and cardio-metabolic device ecosystem within the assigned territory.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Leverage and expand an existing network of Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, and Physicians to position our connected care solutions effectively.

- Scientific Selling: Conduct impactful product demonstrations and technical briefings to HCPs (Healthcare Professionals) highlighting the clinical and lifestyle benefits of continuous monitoring.

- Territory Management: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic territory mapping and extensive field coverage.

- Market Intelligence:



Track competitor activity, market trends, and feedback from HCPs to provide actionable insights to the marketing and product teams.

Requirements

Key Requirements & Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 7 to 9 years of proven, hard-core sales experience exclusively in Insulin, CGM devices, Diabetes-related Medicines, or closely related Pharma/Medical Devices.

- Network: A rock-solid, existing network with Diabetologists, Endocrinologists, and leading Physicians in the assigned territory is a MUST.

- Age Limit: Strictly below 34 years.

- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license (extensive daily field travel is mandatory).

- Core Skills: Result-oriented mindset, exceptional scientific communication, relationship-building skills, and a passion for medical innovation.
