About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Fresher Architect to join our design studio. This role is ideal for recent B.Arch. graduates who are eager to learn, contribute to live projects, and grow in a collaborative and professional architectural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in concept design and architectural planning.
- Prepare architectural drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Support the preparation of working drawings and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits, site documentation, and measurements.
- Research building materials, products, and design standards.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
- 0–1 year of professional experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong design aptitude and creative thinking.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
Software Skills
Required:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Revit
- Lumion / Enscape
- Rhino
