Role Description: The Architect will work in the Kozhikode office in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design and execution of residential, institutional, commercial, hospitality, and interior projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating design details, and ensuring alignment with SATKRIYA’s human-centric and environmentally responsible approach.

The role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and project teams, participating in site visits, and supporting design reviews and documentation.



The Architect will help integrate functional, aesthetic, and sustainable solutions, while contributing to project planning, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

2+ Years of Experience in Architectural Designing

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create thoughtful, human-centric, and environmentally conscious spaces.
- Experience with Integration and Software Development tools relevant to architecture, such as BIM platforms and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including coordination with stakeholders, handling schedules, and supporting project delivery from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in visualizing and presenting design ideas, including technical drawings, 3D renderings, and design narratives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices; experience in Kozhikode or similar contexts is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, communicate clearly, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Interest in holistic design, sustainability, and the integration of well-being into architectural practice.
