- Architect
- Interior Designer
- 3D Visualizer

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Location: Noida, Sector 63

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates serving a notice period of 30 days or less will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare presentation, concept, submission, tender, and working drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop creative and functional design solutions.
- Coordinate with MEP, Structural, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare design presentations and client presentations.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, faade systems, materials, and construction techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Architect :

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
- 02 years of experience (including internships) in architectural design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, building bye-laws, construction details, and working drawings.
- Candidates with exposure to Mixed-Use, Hospitality, Group Housing, High-Rise Residential, or Commercial Projects will be preferred.
- Positive communication, presentation, and coordination skills.





Interior Designer :

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 02 years of experience (including internships) in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, detailing, and BOQs is an advantage.
- Strong design sense with the ability to prepare presentation and working drawings.
- Good communication and client interaction skills.

3D Visualizer :

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in architectural/interior visualization.
- Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray/ , SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, Photoshop, or equivalent rendering software.
- Ability to create high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.
- Knowledge of lighting, texturing, post-production, and animation will be an added advantage.
- Strong visualization skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidates : '

- Candidates from Delhi/NCR or those willing to relocate to Noida Sector 63.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less will be given preference.
