Architect (Luxury Residential & Hospitality) | Mumbai | 4 -5 Years Experience

LMC Architects is hiring an Architect to join our design studio in Churchgate, Mumbai.

We are looking for a highly motivated architect with up to 4 - 5 years of professional experience who has worked on high-end luxury residential interiors, hospitality, and premium commercial projects. If you enjoy taking projects from concept through execution and thrive in a detail-oriented design setting, we'd love to hear from you.

About Us LMC Architects is a boutique architecture and interior design practice working across India and the Netherlands. Led by Dutch architect Lara De Rooij, our studio is known for creating refined, timeless spaces with exceptional attention to detail. We work on luxury residences, hospitality spaces, and turnkey commercial projects where design quality and execution go hand in hand.

What We're Looking For We are seeking an architect who can confidently manage both design and execution while working collaboratively with our team and consultants.

Requirements

- Up to 4 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.




- Proven experience in high-end luxury residential interior projects (essential).
- Experience in hospitality projects is highly preferred.
- Strong site execution knowledge and coordination experience.
- Ability to manage projects responsibly from design through execution.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach.

Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- V-Ray
- Enscape
- Adobe Photoshop

Technical Skills
- Strong conceptual and design development abilities.
- Preparation and understanding of BOQs.
- Ability to prepare preliminary cost estimates, timelines, and project requirements.
- Accurate documentation and project record management.

Position Details Location: Churchgate, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
