Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, robust technical knowledge, and the ability to work on residential, commercial, and interior design projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities Prepare architectural drawings and working drawings.

Develop design concepts and presentations.

Create 3D models and photorealistic renders.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Prepare GFC drawings and construction details.

Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

Assist in material selection and design development.

Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

1–3 years of experience.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.

Knowledge of materials and construction details. Software required AutoCADSketchUpAdobe Photoshop
