About the Role

We're looking for a passionate A&R; Executive to discover new talent, build industry relationships, manage influencer collaborations, and support Elahi Music's artist acquisition and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Scout and onboard singers, rappers, producers, songwriters, and independent artists.

Build and maintain relationships with artists, influencers, creators, and industry professionals.

Schedule meetings, and convert prospects into studio clients.

Coordinate artist collaborations, music launches, and promotional campaigns.

Support social media marketing by assisting with content planning, campaign execution, and artist promotions.

Research music trends, emerging artists, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.





Maintain databases of artists, influencers, and collaboration partners while ensuring timely follow-ups.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in A&R;, influencer marketing, talent management, or social media.

Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Passion for the independent music industry and artist development.

Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and digital marketing trends.
