We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LCMS Scientist to join our Analytical Characterization Team, focusing on peptide-based products as well as other technology-driven formulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform intact mass analysis and primary structure characterization of peptides.

- Conduct advanced studies including:

- - Disulfide bond mapping

- - Sequence confirmation

- - D/L isomer differentiation

- Develop and validate LC–MS/MS methods for peptide analysis.

- Conduct impurity profiling for peptide-related impurities using LC-HRMS.

- Identify unknown impurities by determining mass and amino acid sequence.

- Support extractables and leachables studies using mass spectrometry.

- Operate and interpret data from SEC-HPLC and SEC-MALS (if applicable).

- Collaborate closely with CROs and regulatory teams.

- Contribute to regulatory submissions (e.g., ANDA, IND, BLA) with high-quality analytical data.

- Prepare and review analytical reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
