Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aptitude Trainer role based in Jodhpur, with an immediate joining requirement.

The Aptitude

Trainer will design and deliver classroom sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability for college students and job seekers.

Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating practice questions and tests, evaluating learner performance, and providing constructive feedback to help learners improve. The role also involves conducting doubt-clearing sessions, supporting learners with placement exam strategies, and coordinating with academic and placement teams to align training with hiring trends.



The trainer is expected to maintain high engagement levels in class, use technology-based teaching tools, and contribute to continuous improvement of training content.

Qualifications

Strong quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into simple, teachable steps.

Proficiency in verbal ability, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and communication-focused test preparation.

Experience in classroom training, facilitation, or coaching, preferably in aptitude or competitive exam preparation.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and explain concepts clearly.

Comfort with using digital tools, presentations, and online resources to enhance classroom teaching and learner practice.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, commerce, education, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Prior experience preparing learners for campus placements, competitive exams, or tech hiring assessments is highly beneficial.

Ability to work in office in Jodhpur, manage multiple batches, and join immediately or within a short notice period.
