We are looking for a skilled Apriso Developer with hands-on experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apriso/DELMIA Apriso development and implementation, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and enterprise system integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement MES solutions using DELMIA Apriso.
- Develop business components, Process Builder workflows, machine integration, and custom functionalities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure Apriso modules based on manufacturing and production requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data interfaces.
- Integrate DELMIA Apriso with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise applications.
- Perform application customization, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, functional consultants, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills





- 38 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Hands-on experience in DELMIA Apriso development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Apriso Process Builder, Business Components, Global Process Manager (GPM), and User Interface customization.
- Experience in configuring manufacturing processes such as Production, Quality, Warehouse, Inventory, and Traceability.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle).
- Experience in developing web services, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
- Good understanding of manufacturing operations and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Exposure to ERP integration, preferably SAP.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with DELMIA Apriso upgrades and migration projects.
- Knowledge of ISA-95 manufacturing standards.
- Exposure to manufacturing analytics and reporting.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, XML, JavaScript, REST APIs, or web technologies is an added advantage.
- Experience in global manufacturing implementation projects is preferred.
