Role & responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor site execution for restaurant outlet projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure adherence to approved designs.
- Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations. • Coordinate material delivery, installation schedules, and contractor activities.
- Identify potential project delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling,



and documentation.
- Support handover and final project closure after completion.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or mall project execution.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

• Strong understanding of interior fit-out, civil works, electrical, and basic MEP coordination.

• Good project coordination and vendor management skills.

• Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
