Senior Specialist- Model Risk Analytics, AI/ML

We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Model Risk Analytics, AI Solutions team within Risk Compliance . This role is located in Pune .

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Design and build AI/ML and GenAI solutions that transform model risk processes.
- Develop digital employees and intelligent automation to streamline validation, monitoring, and reporting.
- Apply advanced techniques LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling to elevate decision-making.
- Partner with risk, compliance, and tech teams to integrate AI into enterprise workflows.
- Translate complex data and model insights into clear business recommendations.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

- Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks, and LLM/GenAI tooling.




- Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle; exposure to model risk or governance is a plus.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems with scalable, innovative solutions.
- Explicit communicator who can influence cross-functional partners.
- Curiosity, creativity, and eagerness to experiment with new AI capabilities.
- Master s Degree in a quantitative discipline, including engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, econometrics.
