Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams regarding project requirements.
- Review and track architectural drawings, revisions, and approvals.
- Must have knowledge of sanctioned drawings and approved municipal drawings, and ensure site execution is carried out as per the sanctioned plans and statutory approvals.
- Ensure timely submission and distribution of drawings and documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain records of architectural drawings, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Follow up on pending approvals, RFIs, and design clarifications.
- Coordinate with the execution team to resolve design-related issues at site.
- Prepare project status reports and update management on project progress.
- Schedule and attend coordination meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting),



and track action items.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Assist in quantity verification and coordination related to architectural works.
- Support project planning and monitor architectural deliverables as per project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of architectural drawings, sanctioned drawings and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong documentation and record-management abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
