Overall responsible for Monthly/quarterly and yearly closure of Books of accounts within the scheduled time.
Monthly MIS to banks, financial institutions, Land owners etc
Variance analysis of balance sheet and PL accounts GLs
Finalization of Annual Account as per IND AS
Responsible for cash clearing, month end accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries within the corporate accounting function.
Review inter-company cash and settlement entries, clear open items for cash and inter-company accounts Handling internal and statutory auditors.
Ensuring proper record keeping and documentation for all the transactions Accounting and control of capital expenditure
Supervision of Accounts payable
Supervision of Banking activities
Timely updation of Business Plans of the projects
Fixed assets accounting.
Excellent communication
Motivating and disciplining staff.
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
Assisting with deliveries where required.
