- Main responsibilities in finance area will be to support, Investment advisory billing, Third party payment, Quality analysis and assurance.
- Work with business users on billing payment and quality assurance.
- Conduct Calibration sessions in sync with the Delivery and QA team.
- Develop, Recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Develops and conducts briefings for the targeted group of advisors that address Service Quality deficiencies and/or improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Daily/Weekly reports.
- Understanding of capital market and asset management industry
- Basic knowledge of QA practices, theories, tools such as cypress, playwright, and other quality detection techniques
- Understands market data, its providers and significance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, database software
- Basic understanding of fixed income, equity and derivate trading
