Role Summary: Senior ServiceNow Architect with solid Telco domain experience to lead solution architecture, platform strategy, and enterprise ITSM transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and design.
- Lead ITSM and Telco solution architecture (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
- Design integrations with OSS/BSS, NOC tools, and enterprise platforms.
- Drive governance, best practices, scalability, and security standards.
- Act as technical advisor to leadership and stakeholders.

Must Have: 7+ years ServiceNow, strong ITSM + Telco domain experience. Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture & integrations. Expertise on Telco Industry solution/package CSA + CIS-ITSM certification (CTA preferred).
