Required Skills and Qualifications

- Technical Expertise Proven experience with Python, Snowflake as a data platform, including architecture, implementation, and optimization.
- Hands-on expertise with FiveTran for data integration and DBT for data transformation.
- Strong understanding of modern data engineering principles, data warehousing, data visualization (Power BI) and ELT/ETL processes.
- Domain Knowledge In-depth understanding of the biopharma industry, particularly the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
- Leadership and Collaboration Demonstrated experience leading data teams and driving large-scale data initiatives.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.




- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze complex business problems and design data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages.
- Additional Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and other data tools is a plus.
