Role- Inside Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Founders, CFOs, and key decision-makers.
- Present and promote Payroll, HRMS, EOR, Workforce Management, and Compliance solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and solution presentations.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Payroll, HRMS, EOR,



Staffing, Workforce Management, Compliance, or SaaS solution sales.
- Strong lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from Payroll, HRMS, EOR, HR Tech, Workforce Management, Staffing, Compliance, or SaaS companies will be preferred.
