- Role Application Support Lead - Microsoft Relevant Experience 7 to 10 years in supporting applications developed using Microsoft .NET technology stack of which the last 5 years were spent in leading a Support & Maintenance Team
- Build sound understanding of the supported application estate. Hands-on role.
- Guide junior team members are required.
- Take responsibility for the Team s performance.
- Provide periodic updates to the leadership Team as required.
- Resolve Support Tickets in a timely manner.
- Ability to work directly with Customer IT / Business Teams as required.
- Good analytical skills for effective troubleshooting & problem-solving.
- Root Cause Analysis & Problem Management.
- Work on Minor Enhancements
- Keep documentation current and prepare SOPs for routine tasks.
- Collaborate with internal & external teams to provide end-to-end resolution across Application & Infrastructure issues.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities.
- Work in Shifts, if required.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow & JIRA.
- Understanding of ITIL Service Lifecycle.
- Essential Qualification MCA / Equivalent master s in computers is a must
