- L2/L3 production support and BAU enhancements, including fields, views, forms, Business Process Flows (BPF), security roles/teams, routing rules, macros, and agent scripts.
- Microsoft D365 CE release management, including hotfixes and feature evaluation with recommendations to Business and IT/Architecture.
- Functional support for Pet Registry, operational reporting, and user access, including data quality, Power BI reports, user security, ISV add ons, and functional input into integrations with F&O;, Databricks, and partner systems.
