- Optimize form and web performance using lazy loading, fragments, and web performance best practices
- Ensure consistent UI using design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries
- Lead and mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and follow SDLC/Agile processes to deliver high-quality solutions




- qualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with 8+ years of skilled experience, including 6+ years in AEM development
- Strong expertise in AEM Adaptive Forms, Java backend development (Servlets, OSGi/Felix, JCR/CRX, Apache Sling), and web services (SOAP/REST)
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript (ES6), JSON, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and build tools like Webpack, Babel, NPM
- Experience in web performance optimization, SDLC/Agile processes, and leading/mentoring development teams; familiarity with Micro Front-End and headless implementation is a plus
