Role Observability Engineer

Key Skills Looking for an Observability Engineer with hands-on experience in Elastic Stack, Dynatrace, Prometheus, and up-to-date telemetry tools across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments. This role will design, operate, and enhance our observability platform to ensure reliable metrics, logs, and trace collection for cloud-native and hybrid systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Implement and manage observability solutions using Elasticsearch/Kibana, Beats/Elastic Agent, Logstash, APM, Dynatrace, and Prometheus.
- Configure native cloud integrations for log, metric, and trace ingestion across AWS and Azure.
- Perform day-to-day platform administration upgrades, scaling, access management, performance tuning.




- Handle onboarding requests from application and infrastructure teams, ensuring proper instrumentation.
- Develop and maintain Helm-based deployments, exporters, and Kubernetes monitoring.
- Integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Bamboo.
- Maintain documentation, dashboards, and runbooks in Confluence.
