- Provide customization, development, enhancement, and support for Salesforce.com CRM Applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Key Skills Required:

- Minimum 4-6 years of software development experience.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented development and design, including experience with design patterns and writing clean, maintainable code.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, MySQL, JavaScript, and integrating web services.
- Experience in implementing Salesforce Lightning and creating custom Lightning components.
- Familiarity with Sales and Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in creating Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, Apex classes, and triggers.
- Experience in setting up the Salesforce Data security model like Profiles, permission sets, OWD, role hierarchy,



sharing setting etc.
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with deployment using complex enterprise Force.com release management and knowledge of Force.com Metadata API.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Administrator, and preferably Platform Developer II or Sales/Service Cloud Certification.
