Job Description Senior Salesforce Developer Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 4-5 years of proven expertise in Salesforce development and demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to join our dynamic team at CRISIL Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

- Salesforce Development Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools
- Develop complex workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules to automate business processes
- Create custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom applications
- Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products as needed
- Use AI-Assisted Development Tools

AI-Assisted Development Tools

- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate code development,



improve code quality, and enhance productivity
- Leverage AI capabilities for intelligent code completion, debugging, and deployment
- Apply AI-driven code suggestions and best practices to write effective, maintainable, and scalable Salesforce code
- Use generative AI tools to automate repetitive coding tasks, generate unit tests, and create technical documentation
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to maximize the effectiveness of AI coding assistants
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for implementation
- Evaluate and adopt new AI-powered development tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency

Technical Leadership

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
