Eligibility

- Bachelor s Degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism
- 2 - 6 years of experience in a similar profile
- Valuable negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and excel skills

Responsibilities

- Negotiate and finalize contracts with hotels, venues, and other service providers for MICE events
- Finalize contracts and secure the best rates, terms, and inclusions for domestic and international events
- Maintain detailed documentation and records of contracts, negotiations, and service agreements
- Stay updated on market trends, seasonal pricing, and emerging destinations
- Prepare accurate costing sheets and maintain contract documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent service delivery and support
