Exp person should in Leading position for maintenance department last 4 year

Roles and Responsibilities

1. KRA - Preventive Maintenance of the all the machine of Plant
2. KRA - Breakdown of Press shop, Weld shop, Pipe shop and Robot
3. Maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic and Hydraulic Press
4. Pro-active approach for press machine issue identification rectification
5. Thoroughly knowledge for press critical spare part maintain
6. Cost reduction through TPM activity implementation
7. Sound knowledge for Press operation pipe bending operation
8. Documents for the Legal Compliance of maintenance Department
9.



Positive Knowledge of the operations/maintenance process of plant / equipment / utilities-electrical , electronic, civil, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic etc.
10. Good Knowledge of maintenance systems to improve machine uptime (preventive/predictive) and spares.
