Roles and Responsibility

- Design and implement digital customer relationship management solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.

- Develop and maintain data flow and automation processes to enhance business efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

- Create custom plugins using C# to meet specific business needs.

- Analyze and report on customer data using Power BI to provide insights for business decisions.

- Ensure seamless integration of MS Dynamics with other systems and applications.
