Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Engineer with robust expertise in ITSM modules and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience in ServiceNow across multiple implementations and will be responsible for leading development teams, designing solutions, and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.




- Configure and manage ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets.
