Role & responsibilities

- Implement and monitor the Control Plan at each stage of the BESS assembly process; conduct in-process quality audits at workstations.
- Perform or supervise Final QA testing of assembled BESS units against the Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP).
- Record and report process quality findings/deviations; coordinate real-time containment with Production supervisors.
- Maintain SPC data for critical process parameters; participate in FMEA reviews and suggest control-plan improvements.
- Prepare final inspection reports and Quality Release certificates; provide data for management quality review meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

- Understanding of BESS assembly cell stacking, module assembly, BMS integration, and final wiring.
- Comfortable with control plans, work instructions, FMEA, and basic statistical process control (SPC).
- Able to operate electrical/mechanical test instruments independently; robust interpersonal skills for working with operators and supervisors.
