Role Description The AR Caller will be responsible for following up with insurance companies and other payers to resolve outstanding accounts receivable, verify claim status, and secure timely reimbursement. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing patient accounts, identifying and correcting billing issues, documenting call outcomes, and escalating complex denials or discrepancies as needed.

The role requires collaboration with billing teams to address claim rejections, update account information, and ensure adherence to payer-specific guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai,



requiring consistent attendance and the ability to work scheduled shifts in a fast-paced office workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess skills in strong medical billing processes, insurance follow-up, and an understanding of claims, denials, and payer policies.
- Candidates should possess data entry and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in updating account and call records.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritize work, and meet productivity targets.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, including identifying root causes of claim issues and proposing appropriate resolutions.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, AR calling, or a related medical billing environment.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including working with spreadsheets, practice management systems, and calling tools.
- Candidates should preferably have a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
