Position: Appointment Generation Executive – US Market

We're looking for a motivated Appointment Generation Executive to build and manage a qualified meeting pipeline for our sales team across the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and securing meetings with key decision-makers within target organizations.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy prospecting, relationship building, and creating opportunities that drive business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesAppointment & Lead Generation

Generate qualified appointments and discovery meetings for the sales leadership team.

Identify and engage decision-makers through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other outbound channels.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of prospective customers.

Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders.

Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and business needs.

Follow up consistently to nurture leads and convert them into meetings.

Market Development

Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies for the US market.

Create targeted outreach campaigns for specific industries and accounts.

Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness.

Relationship Building

Establish qualified relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.

Understand customer challenges and align them with Gowitek's AI, Analytics, Automation,



and Digital Transformation solutions.

Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers.

Required Qualifications

2 - 5 years of experience in Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.

Experience engaging and communicating with US-based prospects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong warm-calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting experience.

Ability to independently identify, engage, and qualify prospects.

Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.
