Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with customers through phone, email,

- Monitor shipment movement and provide proactive status updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customer accounts.

- Maintain customer records in CRM or ERP systems.
- Prepare MIS reports, shipment status reports, and customer service reports.
