As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the system or application environment. This role focuses on maintaining seamless operations by ensuring that client concerns are clearly understood and addressed promptly. The practitioner dedicates time to monitoring system performance, coordinating with various teams to resolve issues, and ensuring that the application environment remains stable and efficient.

Effective communication and a commitment to quality are central to the daily activities, enabling the delivery of reliable support and fostering strong client relationships. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document and communicate incident reports and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and workflows.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities. Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ControlM Administration.
- Strong knowledge of job scheduling and workload automation concepts.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving ControlM related issues.
- Ability to monitor and optimize ControlM workflows for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks within ControlM.
- Understanding of system integration and interfacing with ControlM for seamless operations.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ControlM Administration.
