We are looking for a hands-on Application Engineer with strong expertise in Autodesk Inventor and Fusion 360 to join our Chennai team. This is a client-facing technical role — you will be on the ground with manufacturing clients, delivering product demonstrations, conducting training, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. If you enjoy solving real engineering problems, talking to clients, and travelling to manufacturing plants, this role is for you.

What You Will

Do

Deliver hands-on product demonstrations of Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, and related Manufacturing tools to prospective and existing clients

Conduct paid corporate training sessions — from foundational to advanced levels — at client sites and USAM offices

Support the sales team with technical inputs, proposal preparation, and client presentations

Execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to show clients how automation and design workflows can solve their specific engineering problems

Travel to client locations across Chennai and other cities for demos, training, and on-site support





Stay current with Autodesk Manufacturing product updates and new releases

Log client activity, training feedback, and prospect details regularly What We Are Looking For

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

Hands-on experience with Autodesk Inventor — Part modelling, Assembly, Sheet Metal, Frame Generator

Working knowledge of Autodesk Fusion 360 — Design, Simulation, or CAM (any one area at minimum)

Comfortable presenting and explaining technical concepts to engineers and managers

Willingness to travel to client sites regularly — own two-wheeler required

Good communication skills in Tamil and English

Prior experience in training delivery or pre-sales support is an advantage but not mandatory

Freshers with strong Inventor/Fusion skills and the right attitude are welcome to apply Good to Have

Exposure to iLogic, design automation, or parametric modelling

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Plant 3D, or Vault is a plus
