Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards within SAP environments.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP GRC modules.

Ability to analyze system logs and audit trails to identify root causes of problems.

Familiarity with SAP security concepts, including role management and access controls.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).

This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.

A 15 years full time education is required.
