Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration.

Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment.

Strong knowledge of system monitoring and incident management tools.

Ability to troubleshoot complex software and infrastructure issues.

Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
