Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.





Lead efforts to optimize system performance and reliability through effective problem-solving strategies.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.

Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.

Strong understanding of system monitoring tools and performance tuning techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to SAP Basis components and infrastructure.

Familiarity with database management and backup/recovery procedures within SAP systems.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.

This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
