Coordinate incident management and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.

Experience with cloud infrastructure management and troubleshooting.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident response protocols.
