Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
- Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis within enterprise resource planning environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Valuable communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
