Lead Generation : 1.Continuously building & updating the client database 2.Tracking upcoming projects in the industry 3.Attending industry-specific trade shows, conferences & networking events 4.Identifying new customers 5.Visit existing customers 6.Communicating with principals for recent enquiries Pre-Sales Activities: 7.Convince the client/consultants via technical presentations, product education 8.Carry out product mock-up/training at the project site 9.Based on client inputs - prepare quotations 10.Coordinate with internal teams for design pricing and other requirements for the quotations Sales Activities : 11.Follow up on quotations 12.Answer all customer queries technically 13.Discuss pricing and commercial negotiate 14.Move towards closure of the sales Post-Sales Activities : 1.Check and validate the BOM of the products 2.Be aware of the purchase, dispatch, installation activities 3.Periodic visit to the project & coordinate with client team to ensure supplied products are used in the right manner 4.Resolve any customer grievances by coordinating with internal teams 5.Ensuring bills are booked at decided timelines 6.Payment follow up
