Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Application Engineer role based in New Delhi.

The Application

Engineer will configure, demonstrate, and implement 3D scanning, metrology, and inspection solutions for customers, including hardware and software setup, calibration, and validation. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and conducting tests to ensure accurate measurements and reliable performance in customer environments.

Engineer will collaborate with engineering and sales teams to understand customer requirements, develop application workflows, and support pre-sales and post-sales activities.



Daily responsibilities include handling customer training, preparing technical documentation and reports, participating in product demonstrations, and continuously updating knowledge on recent features and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting, customer training, and on-site implementation.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and testing-related skills for configuring, integrating, and validating measurement and inspection software.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills relevant to handling electronic systems, sensors, and equipment interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering skills to understand manufacturing processes, CAD models, metrology concepts, and mechanical fixtures.
- Candidates should possess Testing skills for conducting system performance checks, application trials, and quality assurance of measurement results.
- Beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related field), familiarity with CAD software, and experience with 3D scanning, metrology, or inspection tools.
- Additional desirable skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication, willingness to travel to customer sites, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
